15 minute initial phone consultation                                                      No Cost

     Hourly (without retainer)                                                                       $175/hour (one hour minimum)

     Retainer: 5 hours                                                                                    $700 ($140/hour)  
   
     Retainer:  10 hours                                                                                 $1300 ($130/hour)   

    

    Payment in full is due at time of service. Retainers are paid in advance and replenished when unused balance is $250, in order to
    retain discounted rate. When services are completed any unused hours on retainer will be refunded. 
 

    ElderRoads is private pay service and is not covered by Medicare or other insurance plans.
    Services do not involve diagnosis, medical recommendations, prescribing medications, treatment, or any financial/ legal   
    advice.
